Linn Apartments, located at 216-218 Linn Street, is a multi-family building in Ithaca’s Fall Creek neighborhood.

The property offers six, 1 bedroom-1 bathroom units between $787-$1,500 per month to income eligible renters. All units include heat and electric utilities, with AC in and washer/dryer hook ups in each unit. Parking, TCAT bus transportation, Downtown Ithaca, the Ithaca Commons, and the beautiful Ithaca Falls and Cascadilla Gorge, all within reach.

Linn Apartments are funded in part by New York States Homes and Community Renewal Agency which supports the affordability of each unit to income eligible renters. Upon completion of the project, tenants will be selected through a lottery process. All applicants not selected in the round of the lottery are then moved to a waitlist for availability.

Lottery registration opens October 15th and will be open until December 23, 2026. The lottery drawing will be held January 7th, 2027 at noon.
